We offer a variety of spacious floor plans to meet your needs, including one-bedroom, one-bathroom, two-bedroom, one-bathroom, and two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment homes.

 Apartment homes at Sierra Del Oro start at $2,099 per month. Rent includes access to all of our community amenities, including the pools, fitness center, and sports courts.  Sierra Del Oro offers a variety of apartment and community amenities designed to make you feel right at home. Our apartment homes feature in-home washers and dryers, stainless steel kitchen appliances, Nest smart thermostats, oversized closets, and a private patio or balcony with access from both the living room and bedroom. Select homes also include a cozy fireplace, and many offer beautiful mountain or pool views. 

Our community amenities include two sparkling swimming pools, a soothing spa, an upgraded fitness center, a Fitness On Demand room, fire pit and swing lounge, putting green, cornhole court, bocce ball court, basketball court, barbecue and picnic area with shade structures, an on-site dog park, playground, Amazon Hub package lockers, courtesy patrol, and much more!

Yes, we welcome pets and do not have any weight restrictions! A refundable pet deposit of $300 per pet is required, along with a monthly pet rent of $50. Residents are required to complete a pet agreement and provide a photo of their pet(s), as well as a veterinarian statement dated within the last 12 months confirming the pet's general health and current vaccinations. Exotic animals are not permitted, certain breed restrictions apply. If you have any questions or would like to confirm eligibility before applying, our team is happy to help! 

We currently offer 12 month leases. At this time, we do not offer short term leases.

Applicants must meet our rental, credit, and income qualification requirements. Rental history, credit history, and verifiable income will be reviewed as part of the application process. Income requirements vary by community. There is a $56.00 non-refundable application fee for every application submitted. If you have any questions about our qualification criteria or would like to discuss your specific situation, please contact our leasing team.

Each apartment home includes one assigned carport for resident parking. Additional open parking is available for guests on a first-come, first-served basis.

Residents are responsible for all utility costs associated with their apartment home, including electricity, gas, water, trash, and sewer services. 

 While the community is not gated, we do provide nightly courtesy patrol services.

The community is served by several nearby schools, including Prado View Elementary School, Cesar Chavez Academy, Corona High School, and Orange Grove High School.

 Our community offers convenient access to several transportation options, including the Corona – North Main Metrolink Station, West Corona Metrolink Station, Corona Cruiser, and local shuttle services such as Xpress Shuttles and Modern Shuttle Transportation. Residents also enjoy easy access to major highways, including the CA-91, I-15, and CA-71.

Popular restaurants include Himalayan Aroma Restaurant, Pan Dumpling House, Crispy Chicken Kitchen, Badlands BBQ, and North Shore Plate Lunch. A Ralphs grocery shopping center is located directly across the street for everyday shopping needs. For entertainment and recreation, residents can enjoy nearby attractions such as Over The Moon Escape Rooms, Odyssey VR, and K1 Speed Corona.

 Residents can enjoy a variety of nearby parks, trails, and outdoor recreational activities, including Ridgeline Park, Serfas Club Park, Sierra Bella Park, Skyline Drive Trailhead, Hagador Canyon and Skinsuit Trail Start. For those seeking adventure and outdoor experiences, nearby attractions include Skull Canyon Ziplines and Orange County Ropes Course.
